Memphis/Shelby County's YHDP (HUD-funded) supports the design and implementation of youth-focused housing and supportive services. CAFTH, as CoC lead, facilitated local planning and issued RFPs to fund youth housing and service projects (including Youth System Navigation). The program provides grant funding to nonprofit providers to deliver youth homelessness interventions.
