Makes grants to resident groups and neighborhood organizations that serve or support The Village at Market Creek. Supports organizations working with the Jacobs Center for Neighborhood Innovation on development in southeastern San Diego, providing programs or services benefiting surrounding neighborhoods, or offering neighborhood strengthening strategies and models relevant to the work. Also funds a limited number of projects outside these neighborhoods that demonstrate innovative community and economic development strategies and a commitment to share results.
