Technical Assistance & Partnership Support for EPA GGRF / Solar for All and NCIF-backed Initiatives

Missouri Green Banc leads and participates in collaborative technical assistance efforts to support implementation of federal programs such as EPA's Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund (GGRF) Solar for All competition and the EPA National Clean Investment Fund (NCIF). Activities include technical assistance to municipalities, public-private partnership development, feasibility analysis, stakeholder engagement, and helping jurisdictions prepare competitive applications or scale community solar deployment in underserved communities.
