Research Grants (IRC4HR Research Grant Program)

Competitive research grants funding 'pracademic' research that produces practical, actionable insights about human relations in the workplace. Projects must produce publicly-available outputs (white papers, tools, learning materials, etc.) and typically run no more than two years. Proposals are reviewed by the IRC4HR board and may be awarded as single- or multi-year grants.
