Policy Research Grants (Investigator-Initiated)

Supports innovative, solutions-oriented, investigator-initiated policy research that builds the evidence base and informs strategies to improve the affordability, accessibility, and quality of health care in the US. The 2026-2027 cycle invites letters of inquiry for projects examining the key drivers and implications of rising health care spending, with emphasis on costs, affordability, quality, access, and public/private sector policy solutions.
