OCHIN Health Center Controlled Network (HCCN)

The OCHIN Health Center Controlled Network (HCCN) grant provides a HRSA-funded, no-cost support program focused on improving health center performance. The program achieves these goals by offering health IT consulting, training, data analysis, EHR optimization, and peer-to-peer learning.
