About this opportunity
The Littlefield Economic Development Corporation (LEDC) provides financial assistance and incentives for development projects that promote economic development, including industrial projects, business infrastructure, manufacturing, R&D, parks, sporting facilities, tourism/entertainment facilities, related infrastructure (streets, water, sewer), and affordable housing. Type B funds may also be used for quality-of-life projects and public safety/recycling facilities. Applications and information are available from the City Manager; there is an application process to qualify for incentives.
