About this opportunity
A loan-and-grant program designed to accelerate redevelopment of brownfield and underutilized sites in Ohio by bridging financing gaps for projects that retain and create jobs, address environmental risks, and return land and buildings to productive use. The program includes revitalization loans, revitalization grants, and a Phase II assessment fund. Nonprofits, along with businesses and local governments, may be eligible when they control or have rights to the project site and have a redevelopment plan tied to job creation or retention.
