Provision/purchase of essential household items (for example electric cookers and fridges). Items are purchased by the Charity and paid for directly to the supplier for eligible applicants living in the Medway unitary authority area who meet financial criteria. Evidence of financial situation and usually a supporting letter (from Social Services, GP, school or other care organisation) is required. All applicants are interviewed by a Trustee before a final decision.
