Grants Program (Spring & Fall cycles)

Biannual competitive grants program supporting Vermont-based 501(c)(3) nonprofits to enhance economic, cultural, and civic life across Vermont. Grants are awarded in two cycles (Spring and Fall) organized around four rotating themes (two themes per cycle). The Foundation funds a range of proposal types including operating support, special initiatives, capacity building, matching and challenge grants. The Foundation will not fund more than 50% of a project and requires budgeting and financial documents; recipients of $5,000+ must submit a final report.
