Quarterly grant program funding nonprofit organizations to support projects that strengthen U.S.-Japan relations, mutual understanding, or address shared challenges. Applicants submit a 3-4 page Letter of Inquiry (LOI); selected LOIs are invited to submit a full proposal. Grants limited to tax-exempt nonprofit organizations; overhead capped at 10%.
