Core grantmaking that supports Youth and Youth Development (mentoring, tutoring, character development, leadership, STEM, financial literacy), Adult Work Programs (paid on-the-job training, vocational training, job placement), and Public Policy work that advances understanding of the free enterprise system and principles of limited government. The Foundation requires applicants to be 501(c)(3) organizations and generally funds organizations that operate in Colorado; public policy requests from out-of-state organizations will be considered. Special consideration given to rural Colorado nonprofits.
