About this opportunity
Annual community grant program through CommonSpirit Health hospitals (including St. Joseph regional hospitals) that provides restricted charitable contributions to 501(c)(3) organizations to fund defined projects that address significant needs identified in the hospital's Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA). The Mountain Region Health Equity & Advancement Fund (CHEAF) has been incorporated into this program to support work advancing health equity and DEI.
