Brownfields Assessment (EPA Brownfields Program administered by Mission West)

This program, administered by Mission West, provides free environmental site assessments (Phase I/II) and redevelopment planning support. Its primary goal is to help property owners and eligible applicants identify environmental conditions, remove redevelopment barriers, and plan for property reuse. A key constraint is that the program does not provide funding for cleanup costs. Eligibility is restricted to properties located within Lake, Sanders, and Mineral Counties. Property owners and other eligible applicants are encouraged to apply for support.
